The final-production 1992 Catwoman is here and collectors now have one last opportunity to secure her.

In a new video, Joost presents Filly Zepeda’s incredible in-hand photographs of the finished figure. These are not prototype images: the Catwoman shown here is the final-production version and represents exactly what collectors will receive.

Filly’s photographs beautifully demonstrate the figure’s remarkable range of movement and expression. By combining the different portraits with natural, character-specific poses, he shows exactly why we were so determined to develop a custom seamless body for Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman.

Her physique and distinctive silhouette are essential to the character’s appearance. With such a tightly fitted catsuit, conventional joints at the shoulders, elbows and knees would remain visible and interrupt those lines. Our goal was therefore to preserve her natural shape and curves while still giving collectors a genuinely poseable figure.

To achieve that, we developed an entirely new Jazzinc seamless body using a high-grade material selected for its combination of durability, flexibility and appearance. Test bodies have remained in demanding poses for months without ripping or cracking.

Of course, no seamless body is magic. Leaving any figure in a very extreme pose for an extended period can eventually cause some temporary creasing. Nevertheless, we have pushed the technology as far as possible without compromising the way the human body should look.

This development is also an investment in the future of the Jazzinc figure line. The technology created for Catwoman now forms the foundation for several upcoming figures, with custom versions already being developed for 1970s Wonder Woman and 1966 Catwoman.
