We love hearing from fellow collectors, but as a small family business, please note that it may take us a bit longer for a response-–sometimes up to a week. 

With that in mind, we ask that you first check our FAQ page for a question you may have before reaching out. And if you don’t find your answer and contact Jazzinc, we ask that you do not resend your email if you haven't heard back within a given timeframe–the larger our inbox gets, the less time we have toward fulfilling your orders.
