Great news, Jazzinc Dioramas offers payment plans! It allows you to order a product and reserve a slot in production whilst paying it off later.
It has been a much requested feature and now you can buy a diorama at a pace that suits you best.
How does the Payment Plan work?
All you need to do is go to a product page and select ‘Pay with Payment Plans’ or ‘Place a deposit’ instead of ‘Pay in Full’ and you will be presented with the options available for that product (3, 6, 9, 12 or sometimes even 18 month payment plans). After an initial downpayment, which is non-refundable, you will get monthly payment options until the total sum including shipping has been payed.
By placing the order and paying deposits you reserve a slot in production.
When your payment is due, you get an email and you have to hit the pay button. Preferably as soon as possible, but there’s usually no rush. When a product is ready to ship and you don’t want to miss the first shipment, you would want to have paid all pending deposit payments. You can check your account to see which ones are still due.
The total price you’ll pay when you select one of our payment plans is the same as paying in full, so there is no interest payment and all you’ll have to do is wait until payment has been completed to receive your product. If payment has been completed and the product has been released from production, shipment will commence within 5 business days from the date of your final payment.
Tracking the status of your payment plan
Log in to your account on the website to track your payment plan. Your main order number (the first one you received in the mail) is the one with the initial deposit. Consecutive order numbers have been generated and visible in your account for every monthly payment. When payment is due, they will be visible on the Orders tab. When they are still in Scheduled mode, they will be visible on the Scheduled orders tab.
When there’s a Pay button next to an order, it hasn’t been paid for. You can click it and pay. Even when it’s still in Scheduled mode if you want to get ahead of the schedule.
If your monthly payment shows Processing as a status, then it means it’s already been paid for. The main order number will show Partially paid as long as not all payments have been made. When the last payment has been made, that will automatically be modified to Completed. (All sub orders will still show Processing)
When production is ready and your order has been totally paid for, you’ll receive an invoice for the shipping costs. We want to charge that as late as possible so we have the most accurate shipping costs.
